Position Overview

Salary: Weekly

We are seeking experienced CDL drivers for our concrete mixer trucks.

Role: Concrete Mixer Truck Operator

Primary Duties:

  • Safely drive a commercial ready-mix concrete vehicle.
  • Utilize technology-based delivery systems integrated into the trucks.
  • Keep the work environment and vehicle organized and clean.
  • Represent RGroupII professionally at various job sites.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for flexible scheduling, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and nighttime shifts.
  • Ability to adhere to instructions from supervisors and clients.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with early morning start times.
  • Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
  • Previous experience in concrete operations is preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge and skills are advantageous.

Applicant Criteria:

  • Must possess a valid email address.
  • Hold a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • At least one year of recent experience in commercial driving.
  • No serious moving violation citations in the past five years.
  • No DWI/DUI offenses in the last seven years.

A resume or a detailed five-year driving history is required.
