Job Description

This role is ideal for a motivated and compassionate healthcare professional looking to make a positive impact in our community. As an Embedded Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid CME time off, reimbursement for professional licenses and dues, and access to our Employee Discount Program.

Role Scope and Qualifications
  • Under established guidelines and in collaboration and/or supervision with the practice physician(s), you will perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
  • You will work collaboratively with our care team to develop plans for further evaluation of health needs and provide appropriate treatment for problems within your scope of practice.
  • To be successful in this role, you will require a current unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible), completion of a Nurse Practitioner (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant training program, and 2+ years' experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting.
