Your Responsibilities

Your daily success will hinge on your ability to:

  • Enhance production by operating CNC machinery.
  • Set up machines, monitor operations, and inspect initial runs and sample workpieces to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Create and modify CNC programs.
  • Uphold a safe working environment and foster health and safety awareness.
  • Ensure machines operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee and report any maintenance needs and inspections for CNC equipment.
  • Collaborate with operations to schedule workloads effectively.
  • Troubleshoot challenges during the manufacturing process.
  • Document all scrap materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Facilitate proper training and mentoring for all team members.
  • Engage in continuous process enhancement.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications

With a focus on quality, you will also bring:

  • A minimum of three years of experience or training in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
  • Experience with G-Code programming.
  • Familiarity with GibbsCAM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
  • A commitment to delivering precision and quality as a top priority.
