Our unique coatings and heat treatment processes safeguard customer-supplied components, including mandrels, fishing tools, and conveyors, across various industries such as oil and gas, mining, power generation, and plastics.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour daily success will hinge on your ability to:
- Enhance production by operating CNC machinery.
- Set up machines, monitor operations, and inspect initial runs and sample workpieces to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Create and modify CNC programs.
- Uphold a safe working environment and foster health and safety awareness.
- Ensure machines operate efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee and report any maintenance needs and inspections for CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with operations to schedule workloads effectively.
- Troubleshoot challenges during the manufacturing process.
- Document all scrap materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Facilitate proper training and mentoring for all team members.
- Engage in continuous process enhancement.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
With a focus on quality, you will also bring:
- A minimum of three years of experience or training in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
- Experience with G-Code programming.
- Familiarity with GibbsCAM software is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
- A commitment to delivering precision and quality as a top priority.
