About the Role

$120,000 - $140,000 per year (estimated salary)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensuring project teams work together effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communicating project information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Resolving problems and conflicts in contracts.
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in planning, design, and commercial construction.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with design and construction in healthcare and senior living industries.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
