Project Manager Job Summary

Timothy Jon & Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our ground up construction projects in Milwaukee/SE Wisconsin. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals. They will also have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including owners, architects, subcontractors, and other team members.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including preparing and submitting project proposals and job estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Ground up construction experience.
