About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Builder to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets to exact specifications. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cabinet Assembly: Execute manual labor in assembly and other production areas to construct custom cabinets, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read detailed drawings to accurately locate assembly parts and follow design specifications.
  • Power Tool Operation: Utilize and operate power tools proficiently to assemble cabinet components with precision.
  • Quality Assurance: Review final cabinet products to ensure accuracy and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Timely Execution: Follow supervisor's timelines for product assembly, ensuring efficient and on-time completion.
  • Adaptability: Be open to adjusting your approach to meet changing demands effectively.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
