Customer Experience Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Service Advisor at First Class HALT.
About the Job:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and providing detailed estimates of repair costs.
- Liaise with automotive technicians to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Manage service appointments and follow-up calls to update customers on repair status.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in automotive technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software related to automotive service management.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
