Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Cycle Gear. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our store.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in a Key Holder or Sales Lead role, or an equivalent position at a retail store. They will also possess 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding, personalized retail experiences.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $15-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus uncapped tiered commission structure based on meeting your sales goals. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional incentives like SPIFFS and enjoy generous employee discounts on all products.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge, assisting with and being knowledgeable in all store operations, and providing exceptional customer service and exceeding daily sales objectives.
