Dental Office Coordinator

Mint Dental Care is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication: Welcome and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, reschedule or cancel as needed, and coordinate referrals to other dental professionals.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage patient waiting spaces, maintain front-desk areas, and perform various administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other front office staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental office or administrative role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
