Job Summary
PHP Agency Inc. is seeking a skilled Commissions Payroll Processor for its Headquarters Office in Addison, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, research, and calculation of monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions from various insurance carriers. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in revenue assignments and commission pay.
- Conduct research tasks and error resolution, collaborating with field agents and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure efficient troubleshooting and resolution during high-volume periods.
- Process payroll using a third-party payroll system to ensure timely payment.
- Provide outstanding customer service to agents via phone/email, addressing commission-related inquiries and concerns.
- Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-centric business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn internal CRM and external life insurance-related applications.
- Strong math and organizational skills.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1099 Independent Contractor payroll experience a plus.
