  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the plant operates efficiently and effectively, upholding compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
  • Production Planning: Analyze production schedules, estimate worker-hour requirements, and adjust work procedures as needed to meet targets and maximize productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, conduct regular safety training, and promptly investigate and report any incidents or near-misses.
  • Leadership and Development: Address work-related issues, oversee personnel actions, and provide coaching and corrective guidance to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees and cross-train associates to ensure continuous production flow and knowledge transfer.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain production records, approve essential overtime, and manage overtime levels effectively, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Additional Duties: Handle additional duties and projects as delegated by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP or similar systems is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications, strong analytical skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified to operate a fork-lift.
