About the Role

Serna Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality services to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive and non-confrontational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapeutic and psycho-educational services to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes
  • Collaborate with the clinical director and clinical supervisor to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services as needed
  • Participate in program staffing and clinical staffing to contribute to client progress reports and professional development
Requirements
  • Licensure as a non-independent Master's level behavioral health clinician (LMHC, LAMFT, LMSW) or licensure as an independent Master's level behavioral health clinician (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
  • Training in one or more Evidence-Based Practices (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, MBSEP, Brainspotting, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
