About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Perimeter Healthcare, a leading provider of behavioral health care services. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Conduct regular assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop measurable goals and objectives for patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, promoting patient autonomy and dignity.
Requirements
  • Active RN license in the State of Missouri or compact license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts, days, nights, and weekends.
