Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a BSN within 5 years of hire date.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
