As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounting Manager with the reconciliation of client invoices. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data posting, reporting, and reconciliation, both for general ledger entries and client financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Collaborate with senior management on various analysis, reconciliation, and quality control initiatives.
- Budget Management: Prepare comprehensive annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily budget analyses.
- Reporting Development: Assist in the creation and automation of financial reports for clients, ensuring measurable productivity and enhanced profitability.
- Reconciliation Duties: Conduct G/L, bank, and month-end reconciliations, including posting journal entries and analyzing balance sheet accounts.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare lead schedules for annual audits and assist in the development of policies and procedures.
- Accounts Management: Support the Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes, ensuring timely updates and documentation for outstanding invoices.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in general ledger accounting are essential.
