Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and inspect merchandise, including clothing, linens, accessories, and household goods
  • Classify and categorize items based on manufacturer, quality, and condition
  • Clean and prepare items for display on the sales floor
  • Sort and price products, and tag and roll items for display
  • Operate baling equipment to consolidate goods and prepare them for shipping
  • Package finished products and prepare them for shipping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet company policies and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 20 pounds, and stand for long periods
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to periodic temperature fluctuations and dust
  • Flexibility with schedule based on store needs and sales days
  • May be required to perform in an alternate role at the request of the supervisor
