Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-minded Forklift Operator to join our Shipping and Receiving Team at MMI Engineered Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating a forklift, handling WIP, Finished Goods, and shipping responsibilities with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials around the warehouse
  • Accurately handle and process shipments, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations and meet productivity goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Regular and prompt attendance at work, with willingness to work overtime as required
