Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electroneurodiagnostic Technician to join our team at East Tennessee Children's Hospital. As a key member of our neurology department, you will be responsible for performing electroneurodiagnostic duties with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attach monitoring equipment to patients and accurately document recordings
  • Participate in patient/family education and orientation to the neurology department and various procedures
  • Ensure patient safety throughout their stay

Requirements
  • High School/GED Required; Degree in Neurodiagnostics or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in pediatric electro-diagnostics preferred
  • Must hold credentials from The American Board of Registration for Electrocephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET)
  • Required to maintain BLS certification
Physical Requirements

Medium lifting, pushing, and pulling required for 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly to move objects. Sudden emergency situations may require lifting or moving up to 100 lbs. Frequent bending, walking, sitting, squatting, reaching, and standing are required.
