Job Summary: Bluegreen Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Room Inspector to conduct daily inspections of all areas cleaned by the Housekeeping Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Record all relevant information and report any maintenance-related repairs.
  • Direct associates to correct any deficiencies and ensure cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Housekeeper, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time, and work quickly without compromising quality.
  • Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
