Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare providers with examination and treatment of patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical experience.
- Complete intake and prepare patients for healthcare visits, including obtaining medical history and verifying patient information.
- Document vital signs and populate electronic medical records accurately and timely.
- Assist with point-of-care testing, maintain supplies, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records a plus.
- A competitive hourly wage of $20-$26.
