As an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from various medical conditions, surgeries, or injuries.
You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment for optimal recovery.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Ensure a supportive and therapeutic environment for optimal recovery
- Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Experience: 1+ years' experience
