Job Summary

At St. Luke's Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our Lifestyle Medicine Team. As a key member of our cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized exercise programs for patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create tailored exercise plans to promote optimal health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle habits and disease management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through a recognized organization.
