Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk to join our team at Prairie's Edge Casino Resort. As a Hotel Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Register Guests: Welcome guests, register them, and assign rooms to ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Resolve Guest Issues: Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Room Assignments: Coordinate room assignments, including key distribution and room maintenance.
  • Process Payments: Handle guest payments, including computing bills and making change.
  • Communicate with Staff: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: None required, but previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software.
