Key Responsibilities
  • Verify accuracy of all shipping and receiving documentation
  • Assign dock doors for inbound and outbound activity
  • Coordinate with the inventory department to resolve any issues
  • Communicate with customers and assist with their needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
  • Excellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate level)
  • SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge (intermediate level)
