Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor equipment performance; identify issues through careful observation; conduct various testing operations, and utilize precision measuring tools.
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks on machinery; adhere to site-specific protocols and operational manuals.
  • Engage in site-specific projects as directed by the Engineering In Charge (EIC) and/or Service Coordinator (SC), including assistance in procedure documentation and information gathering for ongoing evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of utilized parts to maintain consignment inventory integrity; comply with proper stock management practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proactive in adapting to changes and managing additional essential responsibilities as needed.
  • Possess both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate clearly and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong systematic troubleshooting abilities, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills to address diverse challenges independently and implement corrective measures.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and a commitment to resolving issues while prioritizing business needs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of basic computer programming languages and commands is required.
  • Availability to work during weekends and holidays is necessary.
  • Compliance with uniform requirements in a cleanroom setting at client locations.
  • Previous experience with a Japanese organization is advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
