Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Application Administrator to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple applications and their associated technical environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and support new software versions and system software in development, QA, production, and disaster recovery environments.
  • Provide technical assistance to projects and teams.
  • Manage incidents and problems, including post-incident analysis.
  • Research and implement new technologies to meet project and support needs.
  • Set up and support workflow and job scheduler software.
  • Configure, administer, and support interfaces and APIs.
  • Manage middleware, application environments, and SLAs.
  • Lead small technical teams and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of IT experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years in application administration.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience coordinating resources, projects, contractors, or colleagues.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of databases, hardware support, cloud deployment, and tools for application and systems administration.
  • Experience with Windows and/or Linux/UNIX server operating systems and environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting and script automation.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle databases.
What We Offer
