Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, including physical assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
  • Facilitate clear communication with patients and families to ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and screenings, and assist with minor procedures as needed.

Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
  • Licensed/Registered in New York State as an LPN.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
