Main Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Main Banker to join our team at The Rose Gaming Resort. As a key member of our Vault Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cash handling processes.

• Cash Handling and Management: Maintain accurate records of cash and currency transactions, count and verify all cash and coin transactions, and ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of cash handling processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all cash handling procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and that all necessary reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including cash, coin, and other assets, and ensure that all inventory is properly stored and secured.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in cash handling processes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least two years of experience as a cashier or bank teller.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Licenses and Certifications: Virginia Racing Commission License required.

The physical demands of this role include frequent sitting, standing, and walking, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
