Technical Support Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance and solutions to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps, whether in person or via phone.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and updates in the ticketing system.
  • Adhere to established procedures for fault resolution and system setup.
  • Assist in the deployment of new applications and tools.
  • Manage user accounts and address password-related concerns.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and incidents.
  • Work diligently on tasks until completion or escalate as necessary.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues within the technical team.
  • Exhibit professionalism and uphold company values consistently.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical and desktop support.
  • Availability to work on-site during standard business hours.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in both PC and Mac environments across various operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Apple devices and software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Experience providing support to high-profile clients and executives.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools.
  • Excellent remote support capabilities.
  • Knowledge of audio/visual equipment.
  • Flexibility to provide support across various locations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and peers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts.
Education: A minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent certification.
