Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance and solutions to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Guide clients through troubleshooting steps, whether in person or via phone.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and updates in the ticketing system.
- Adhere to established procedures for fault resolution and system setup.
- Assist in the deployment of new applications and tools.
- Manage user accounts and address password-related concerns.
- Respond promptly to service requests and incidents.
- Work diligently on tasks until completion or escalate as necessary.
- Prioritize and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues within the technical team.
- Exhibit professionalism and uphold company values consistently.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical and desktop support.
- Availability to work on-site during standard business hours.
- Proficient in both PC and Mac environments across various operating systems.
- Experience supporting Apple devices and software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Experience providing support to high-profile clients and executives.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools.
- Excellent remote support capabilities.
- Knowledge of audio/visual equipment.
- Flexibility to provide support across various locations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and peers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.
