  • Providing oversight and project management for construction or maintenance efforts
  • Developing technical data regarding materials, sizes, dimensions, quantities, and costs for incorporation in formal specifications

Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-11 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization
  • Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to, providing construction management engineering services, documenting and observing hands-on construction, and monitoring funds and progress

Education

A bachelor's degree in a school of engineering with at least one program accredited by ABET, or a combination of education and experience that furnished a thorough knowledge of the physical and mathematical sciences underlying engineering and a good understanding of the engineering sciences and techniques and their applications to one of the branches of engineering.

Work Schedule

Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Compressed/Flexible: May be available. Available Telework: May be available. Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
