The Senior Living Services Manager (LPN) plays a vital role in supporting the Resident Services Director by overseeing staffing requirements, organizing staff schedules, formulating care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining communication with families, all while ensuring top-notch care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to ensure quality service delivery
- Assist the Resident Services Director in managing case services for residents
- Promote and facilitate family engagement with residents
- Aid in the coordination of resident transitions to ensure a seamless experience for both residents and their families
- Monitor and evaluate resident service plans
- Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in management and agency assessments.

Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, either RN or LPN
- Minimum of one year of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting in a similar capacity
- Effective communication skills with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members
- Strong written communication and computer proficiency
- Availability to work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
