About the Opportunity

As a Projects Engineer (Back To Business I.T.), you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at Greentree's office in Beavercreek, OH. Responsibilities
  • Server, Workstation, Network Appliance configuration, deployments/migrations
  • Disaster Recovery/Backup solution implementation
  • Email service migrations
  • MFA, Cybersecurity training and IDS/IPS implementations
  • Network assessments
  • General support and maintenance of IT infrastructure and associated environments
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related area
  • Minimum of five years' experience
  • Three to five years of recent experience with setup and administration of Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server, Infrastructure services, Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, MS Office suite, Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/GPO management, Antivirus management and disaster recovery/backup management
  • Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience of the following: Servers, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, storage, backup appliances and wireless solutions
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
  • Ability to effectively utilize available resources to learn and progress through unfamiliar medium
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Broad Experience/High Proficiency with configuration and management of the following: Server 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/GPO, SQL 2012/2016/2019, Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Firewalls, VPN routing, Network switches, Routers, Wireless solutions, Storage appliances (SAN, NAS), Backup Services and Appliances, Hypervisors - VMware and Hyper-V, NIST/CMMC Competency, Linux Server Operating Systems, IDS/IPS Solutions, MFA Services, Voice Solutions, Help desk support, remote management and troubleshooting skills
  • Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft MCSA
