Chapel Electric is a leading electrical services company providing preconstruction, construction, and energy solutions in various markets. We seek a Project Engineer who will aid in planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting activities concerned with electrical construction projects.

The desired outcome is efficient project execution with maximum profitability and high customer satisfaction. This role will assist in managing documents for the Field, establishing project schedules with the Project Manager, and coordinating prefabrication opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting with project change orders, working closely with the Office and Field to ensure the latest drawings, and managing vendors and tracking deliveries of materials.

Collaboration with Project Coordinators is required for assistance in Purchase and delivery tracking, software inputs, permit pulling, change order management, project close out materials, and administrative duties.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is desirable, and electrical construction knowledge gained through an apprenticeship program is acceptable.

The employee should expect to sit for long periods in front of a computer and also travel to field locations as needed. While visiting field locations, the employee may be required to work outdoors, be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and be exposed to moving mechanical and electrical parts.
