Job Title: Translations Coordinator

YPrime is seeking a highly skilled Translations Coordinator to join our Localization team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project teams to ensure the localization and translation of our eCOA services meet the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with project teams to establish and meet localization requirements and deadlines
  • Work with the Operations team to coordinate study design, review, and approval of study documentation
  • Develop and maintain a Localization tracker to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate realistic timelines and provide regular status updates to internal and external study teams
  • Escalate and resolve localization issues, utilizing available resources
  • Liaise with Translations Vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Utilize company software to export/import test for translation and communicate Sponsor-specific considerations
  • Participate in system ad-hoc testing to ensure system design meets localization requirements
  • Work with the Operations team to identify and resolve system bugs
  • Manage and perform software releases in development and validation environments
  • Perform quality assurance on language tickets, ensuring accurate and timely deployment
  • Provide localized documents to Sponsors for approval and upload to internal document management software
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to establish a plan for language deployment, prioritizing based on study requirements
  • Initiate and manage localization testing to ensure accurate and timely deployment

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1 year of experience with translation/localization
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for customer service and prior experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Tech-savviness
  • Attentiveness to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Foundational knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Project Management experience
  • Prior experience in translation/localization, pharma/biotech, or CRO industry
  • Prior eClinical experience, specifically eCOA or EDC
  • Multi-lingual
