Cash Transaction Specialist

A Cash Transaction Specialist is responsible for facilitating the exchange of U.S. currency for casino chips, credit chips, cash, foreign currency, and other negotiable instruments.

This role involves selling gaming chips, tokens, or tickets to patrons, processing payouts, and managing credit applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage transactions at the cage window, main bank, chip bank, and check bank
  • Provide top-notch guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and colleagues
  • Issue impress bank as required
  • Process customer and internal monetary transactions
  • Balance and distribute impress bank to Floor Attendants, Food and Beverage, and Hotel staff
  • Document and report all Title 31 transactions
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience handling cash; six months of gaming industry experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a computer terminal and communicate effectively with the public
  • Familiarity with 10-key data entry and bank balancing
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Minimum age of 21 years old
