Our Ideal Candidate

We seek a skilled Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with expertise in GAAP and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in P&L and Budget Analysis, month-end close processes, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on monthly financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial recommendations to P&L owners, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Assist with annual financial preparations for external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, employees, and temporary staff, assessing financial interactions and trends.
