Job Title: Welder-MIG/TIG

We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to perform all phases of the TIG weld function, set up machinery, tools, and parts for job completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.
  • Refer to the production Manufacturing Process Control Document (MPCD) for job specifics.
  • Set up and run jobs as required.
  • Resolve problems with job as required.
  • Assist in the resolution of production, quality, and engineering issues.
  • Ensure machines are maintained per safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year certificate from college or technical school preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years related experience or training.
Other Requirements:
  • Understanding and ability to use quality inspection equipment (calipers, height stand, protractor).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • MIG/TIG Welding certification preferred.
  • Ability to wear a respirator, as required.
Work Environment:
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday.
