We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Leader to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current Ohio RN license required.
- Three years of pediatric clinical experience or equivalent combination of education/experience required.
- Certification in a relevant specialty preferred.
