Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Respiratory Care Practitioner II. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care services to adult patients in critical care settings. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide oxygen therapy and aerosolized medication delivery as prescribed by physicians
* Perform ventilator management and troubleshooting to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Conduct diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function tests (PFTs)
* Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

**Qualifications:**

* Graduate of an AMA-approved school for Respiratory Care
* Current Respiratory Care License in the state of employment
* National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentialed
* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred
