Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for providing customers with a satisfying shopping experience, implementing company policies and procedures, and working closely with store employees to ensure daily routines and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner, reporting feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
- Provide a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Supervise employees, train new employees, and inform the District Manager of employee concerns or lapses in operations.
- Execute company promotions, communicate promotions to store employees, and maintain authorized Plan-o-grams.
- Complete and delegate shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
- Strong people skills to motivate others.
- Proven capabilities in solving business challenges.
- Ability to set priorities and complete tasks.
- Results-orientated with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter, with a high level of confidence and positive outlook.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
