Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Representative to join our team at Harvard Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels in restrooms
  • Empty trash and recyclables from designated areas
  • Clean and sanitize fixtures, mirrors, and other surfaces
  • Move furniture and reposition it as needed
  • Check trash containers before moving them
  • Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas and incidental spills
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
