We are excited to announce opportunities for Quality Control Warehouse Associates at our Baytown facility, offering a competitive starting pay range of $16-$17.00 based on experience and expertise. We seek dedicated individuals who possess a strong work ethic, initiative, and keen attention to detail. This is a direct-hire role with benefits commencing on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with hazardous materials is advantageous.
- Familiarity with shipping hazardous materials.
- Adherence to quality procedures is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while inspecting orders.
- Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Detail-oriented individuals are a must.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborative team player.

- Assist in preparing orders for shipment.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, carrying, and squatting.
- Punctuality is essential.
- Flexible schedule availability between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts and overtime as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting within a logistics environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Detail-oriented with basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
