* Audit files for regulatory compliance.
* Reorganize archived files as instructed by the HR Director.
* Conduct Annual and new hire Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
* Assist the HR Director and Benefits Manager with assigned projects.
* Keep inventory of supplies for the HR Department.
* Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's required - will consider experience + certification in lieu of degree
* 1-2 years HR experience
* Knowledge in HRIS systems and policies
* Eagerness to learn and grow in HR career
