Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Banquet Server to provide exceptional customer service at various events and functions. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review Banquet Event Orders to understand daily function schedules and prepare banquet rooms accordingly.
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging, and welcoming service throughout all aspects of events.
  • Set up, deliver, and maintain refreshment stations, ensuring that all food and beverage items are at the correct levels.
  • Perform all opening and closing procedures, including side work and cleaning duties, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Display knowledge of basic bar terminology and wine service to provide excellent beverage service.
  • Report equipment in need of repair or unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months to one year of related experience in food service or hospitality.
  • Current food handler card and liquor service permit required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and cooperation skills, with effective communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
