Job Overview: In the role of Senior Accounting Specialist at AM Lithography, you will play a vital part in supporting the Accounting Department with daily financial operations, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our financial processes. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with a vibrant team, gain practical experience, and enhance your financial expertise within a flourishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of financial statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and oversee cash flow management.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate and assess financial reports to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies or issues.
- Engage effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing and payment matters.
- Facilitate the implementation of new accounting procedures and systems.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Exceptional mathematical and analytical abilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the printing sector is advantageous.
Salary: $28,000 to $44,000 yearly
