XLR STEEL LTD is seeking a skilled Welder to play a crucial role in the construction process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and drawings to accurately weld structural components and parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to identify welding requirements
  • Plan layout and measurements of structural components to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Select and operate the most appropriate welding equipment for the job, ensuring optimal results
  • Operate angle grinders, calipers, rulers, and other hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and effectively
  • Use manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to achieve high-quality outcomes

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience as a Welder. They will also have a solid understanding of all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
