Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team in West Bloomfield. As a therapist with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and provide evidence-based treatments to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or PhD/PsyD) in the state of Michigan
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
