About the Role

AWARE is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LCPC/LCSW to join our team as a Clinical Therapist - School-Based Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in your community, working collaboratively with supervisors, directors, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical program supervision according to State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy.
  • Coordinate skill-building activities to support the growth and development of our clients.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to plan and coordinate treatment, drawing on your experience and expertise.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and record progress of clients with respect to treatment goals.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • At least one year of direct work experience.
  • Licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
  • A clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
  • Ability to assess youth and their families from a strengths perspective.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
