Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Description

Allied 24/7 is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in White Plains, New York.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work on a local contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to nuclear medicine, including imaging and diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging and diagnostic procedures
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Diploma/certificate from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine OR Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Licensed technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
