Job Summary:

The SAP SD Operations Consultant will be responsible for assisting the Operations Team with the management of operations data in SAP, including problem analysis, solution implementation, and continuous reporting. This role will also be responsible for managing SAP incidents, providing end-user support, and working with the SAP team to understand gaps in current SAP processes and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support to correct issues, run reports, and identify and correct errors before impacting customer deliveries
Provide system and process assistance for day-to-day operations
Identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of continuous improvement activities
Participate in the development and implementation of SD, MM, PP, WM, and other multi-module projects
Maintain and support implemented SAP modules
Analyze business requirements and prepare project documentation, including business processes, workflows, functional analysis, and design and technical specification
Prepare user documentation, training material, and provide end-user training
Manage multiple assignments while concurrently fulfilling ongoing application support and maintenance responsibilities
Work with internal and external technical resources to implement approved changes
Backup support for FI, CO, AP, AR, GL
Collaborate with other analysts to ensure system and procedural changes have minimum impact on other application areas
Provide technical support for ongoing system enhancements and improvements and upgrades
Transfer knowledge to other coworkers, including knowledge base documentation and training
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven SAP experience, with very strong knowledge of SD, MM, PP, and WM, and broad knowledge of other modules
Self-supportive with a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm, requiring minimal supervision
Ability to analyze and present business case requirements, project goals, and progress at a strategic level
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to interact with key stakeholders and team members with tact, diplomacy, and poise
Excellent attention to detail
Promote quality through continuous performance improvement
The use of good judgment and good interpersonal communication skills
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team
Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
Exercises confidentiality and discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other SAP modules and other SAP products, such as SuccessFactors, Business Warehouse, and Business Objects
Experience in the technology, service, and solutions ecosystem
Payment industry knowledge
Experience with other countries
Autonomous person, can-do attitude, use to deliver on objectives, problem solver
Responsible and engaged with the company, engaged to promote Ingenico as a customer-centric company
Collaborative and sharing attitude, open mind, global mindset, and respectful
Strong interest in technology, innovation, ideally having worked in innovation and technology ecosystem previously
Ability to manage projects with high volume demand in an agile and high-pressure environment
Ability to manage key or confidential information provided by external and internal parties
Demonstrate ability to manage and deliver in a multi-project environment
This position may involve national and international travel, overnight stays, and out-of-hours working
